• Varied and multiple exposure and experience of over 35 years in the profession of accountancy including audit assurance & advisory besides industrial, business, financial and corporate consulting, strategic advisory, turnaround & restructuring services for businesses, corporate structures & multi-jurisdiction set-up with tax planning, branding & marketing management, gap analysis advisory and best practices guidance and adoption in the corporate houses more particularly emerging corporates.
• He has been involved in providing internal audit, risk management and other advisory services, including but not limited to policies and procedures, SOPs and other specialized assignments.
• He has a vast and varied experience including exposure to external auditing, internal auditing, resources and fund management including administration and control of entire financial departments of multinational companies.
• He has also developed an ancillary practice in the field of corporate consulting besides industrial & manufacturing consulting and advisory, which included Public issue management and Issue listing, private equity placement, Management buyouts, venture capital funding, mergers & acquisitions etc.
